The Crusaders made their last wish on the flower to return to their normal ages, apologized for lying to Biscuit and Spur about their real age and for being selfish, and asked if they could visit Biscuit, Spur, and Bloofy some day. Twilight and Fluttershy tracked them down, and Spur successfully calmed Bloofy down with Fluttershy's help. Bloofy became overly agitated by the noise and crowds and grew into a dangerous whirlwind, leaving Biscuit, Spur, and the Crusaders at a loss for what to do. The Crusaders followed the two to the fair and suggested that they shared the job of looking after Bloofy, but left to enjoy themselves. There, they met two older foals, Biscuit and Spur, who were arguing over whether to take their pet Whirling Mungtooth, Bloofy, to the Appleloosan fair. And if that wasn't bad enough, they mistakenly got off at the wrong station at Hayseed Swamps, and soon got lost in the swamps. However, despite being adults, the Crusaders were still children in mind, showing callous disregard to their peers in their haste to get to the train, and even annoying the passangers. Now that they were grown-ups, the CMCs boarded a train to Appleloosa, believing that they now know everything they need. When they voiced their wish to become adults, a magical flower that Twilight acquired from Star Swirl the Bearded and was studying granted it, transforming the cute little fillies into pretty full-grown mares. They would, however, come to realize that growing up is hard to do.īefore Twilight was coronated as Equestria's new ruler, the Cutie Mark Crusaders wanted to go to a county fair in Appleloosa but they couldn't find a chaperone, especially since the Mane 6 were all too busy to accompany them and warned them against trying to make the trip on their own.
